Classroom loading issues

Follow these steps to help you join the classroom:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection of at least 2MB/s.
  2. Re-enter the classroom by refreshing the browser page or closing the Skooli tab/app and then clicking the Join Class button again. DO NOT use the classroom's X icon to end the class yet.
  3. If you are a student and are still experiencing difficulties, end the current class via the X icon and start an "Instant Session" with the tutor by clicking the Start Now button within the tutor's profile.
    1. NOTE: Tutors must have their availability toggle set to the on position in order to accept instant session requests.
  4. Should any of the above not resolve your issue, please send us a message at support@skooli.com and we'll help you sort out any issue for your next session.
