Camera and microphone issues

Follow these steps to help solve and camera or microphone issues:

  1. Check that the camera and/or microphone icons are activated within the classroom's video stream area.
  2. If a video stream does not exist, refresh your classroom's tab or close and reopen the Skooli app and rejoin the class.
  3. Should audio and video still not function, end the current session via the X icon and have the student start an "Instant Session" by clicking the Start Now button with in the tutor's profile.
    1. NOTE: Tutors must have their availability toggle set to on in order to accept instant session requests.
  4. Should any of the above not resolve your issue, please select the specific browser you are using to get more specific information:
