How can I cancel a scheduled lesson?

We do encourage you to follow through with a previously confirmed session. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a session to be cancelled. To cancel a session, visit the "Schedule" tab on your dashboard, click the expand icon next to your scheduled session, and select the option to cancel.

There may be cancellation penalties. All Skooli users should read and understand the Skooli Cancellation Policy.
