How much am I charged if my scheduled session ends early?

If you schedule a session in advance with a tutor, you will be charged for the full amount of time that you have booked. If you think you have booked too much time, we encourage you to reach out to your tutor to discuss rescheduling for a more appropriate length of time. Please keep in mind that to reschedule a session you will need to cancel your existing booking. For more information on this, please review our cancellation policy.

If you start a session with a tutor from an instant help request you will only be charged for the number of minutes you are actually in the classroom. For instant help sessions, please keep in mind that sessions between 5 and 15 minutes in length will be charged as a 15 minute session. The first 5 minutes of this kind of session is a grace period in which no payment is required.
