How do I cancel a scheduled lesson?

We encourage tutors to follow through with sessions they have confirmed with students on Skooli, however, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a session to be cancelled. To cancel a session, visit the "Schedule" tab on your profile, click the expand icon next to your scheduled session, and select the option to cancel.

Please note that there may be cancellation penalties. All Skooli users should read and understand the Skooli Cancellation Policy.
