Follow these steps to help you join the classroom:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection of at least 2MB/s.
- Re-enter the classroom by refreshing the browser page or closing the Skooli tab/app and then clicking the Join Class button again. DO NOT use the classroom's X icon to end the class yet.
- If you are a student and are still experiencing difficulties, end the current class via the X icon and start an "Instant Session" with the tutor by clicking the Start Now button within the tutor's profile.
- NOTE: Tutors must have their availability toggle set to the on position in order to accept instant session requests.
