Classroom loading issues

Follow these steps to help you join the classroom:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection of at least 2MB/s.
  2. Re-enter the classroom by refreshing the browser page or closing the Skooli tab and then clicking the "Join Class" button again. Be careful that you DO NOT select "End session for all" when exiting the classroom.
  3. If you are a student and are still experiencing difficulties, end the current class via the X icon and select "End session for all", then start an "Instant Session" with the tutor by clicking the "Start Now" button within the tutor's profile.
    • NOTE: Tutors must have their availability toggle set to the "ON" position in order to accept instant session requests.
