Follow these steps to help solve and camera or microphone issues:
- Check that the camera and/or microphone icons are activated within the classroom's video stream area.
- If a video stream does not exist, refresh your classroom's tab or close and reopen the Skooli app and rejoin the class.
- Should audio and video still not function, end the current session via the X icon and have the student start an "Instant Session" by clicking the Start Now button with in the tutor's profile.
- NOTE: Tutors must have their availability toggle set to on in order to accept instant session requests.
