Camera and microphone issues

Follow these steps to help solve any camera or microphone issues:

  1. Ensure you have allowed your browser to access the camera and microphone. More information can be found here.
  2. Check that the camera and/or microphone icons are activated within the classroom's video stream area.
  3. If a video stream does not exist, refresh your classroom's tab or close and reopen the Skooli platform and rejoin the class.
  4. Should audio and video still not function, end the current session via the X icon. The student can start a new "Instant Session" by clicking the Start Now button on the tutor's profile.
    • NOTE: Tutors must have their availability toggle set to "ON" in order to accept instant session requests.
